FILE GUIDE DIVIDERS Of all the ways of improving the user-friendliness of a Filing System, sign posting/guiding is usually the most cost-effective. They are made of durable polypropylene with bold, easy-to-read captions on white vinyl labels. They are used to divide your filing system into sections and guide you to the section you need. A basic set of 25 Alphabetic divisions is available off-the-shelf or they can be captioned however you want them, in any quantity or combination of colours:- alphabetic, chronological, numeric, subject, geographic…. We can caption them from our lists or from data you supply to us. We offer five colours (orange, yellow, green, blue and red) and if you want blank Dividers, we supply them too – excellent for marking folders which are in circulation. As an option, they come with routing card pocket attached. File Guide Dividers are the best kept secret about efficient filing in a busy office!
