Reading Room, Axminster Road, Musbury, Devon, EX13 8AZ. Please make sure
you give us a daytime phone number and a delivery address where there is
someone to sign for the parcel.

Delivery
and Timing:

Stock items will normally
be dispatched by courier as soon as payment is cleared. Delivery times
will vary for non-stock items and we will inform you of expected delivery
times. Delivery will be charged for orders of less than £250 in value or
if you require a.m. delivery.
Please do not
refuse delivery of goods for this will incur extra charges for which the
customer will be held liable. In the event of non-arrival of a
package you must contact us within 7 days of the notified delivery date.
We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels that are not reported to
us within this period.
